When Carl & Colene Joiner founded Joiner Partnership, Inc. in 1977, they did so with a vision beyond just building structures – they sought to build communities.

Today, that vision continues to be realized through the volunteer efforts of Joiner personnel in local organizations, including public service, small business groups, education foundations, and public health & safety promotion.
